All cushions from Kraft Cushions are custom-made to your specifications once your order is placed. Because each product is tailored to your chosen materials, sizes, colors, and designs:

  • Production times vary based on customization, fabric availability, and order volume.
  • Please double-check all product selections before you complete your order.

  • You must notify us within 2–3 days of delivery with photos or evidence of the issue.

If the return is approved, we will repair or replace the item, or arrange a refund at our discretion.

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our cushions with the following warranty terms:

  • Foam inserts: Covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
  • Outdoor performance fabrics (e.g., Sunbrella, Agora): Covered for 5 years from date of purchase.
  • Other cushion components: Covered for 2 years.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage due to misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Exposure to extreme conditions

Customer Responsibilities
