All cushions from Kraft Cushions are custom-made to your specifications once your order is placed. Because each product is tailored to your chosen materials, sizes, colors, and designs:

- Production times vary based on customization, fabric availability, and order volume.
- Please double-check all product selections before you complete your order.

- You must notify us within 2–3 days of delivery with photos or evidence of the issue.
If the return is approved, we will repair or replace the item, or arrange a refund at our discretion.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our cushions with the following warranty terms:
- Foam inserts: Covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
- Outdoor performance fabrics (e.g., Sunbrella, Agora): Covered for 5 years from date of purchase.
- Other cushion components: Covered for 2 years.
Warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage due to misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications
- Exposure to extreme conditions

Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure:
