Product Warranty
We proudly stand behind the quality and durability of our custom cushions. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use, subject to the conditions below:
Warranty Duration
- Our warranty coverage varies depending on the product component:
- Foam Inserts: All foam inserts are covered under a 2-year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal residential use.
- Outdoor Performance Fabrics (such as Sunbrella and Agora): Cushions made with premium outdoor fabrics like Sunbrella® and Agora® are backed by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and fabric performance issues under normal usage conditions.
- All Other Cushions & Fabric Components: All remaining cushion covers, stitching, and fabric components are covered by a 2-year warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace at our discretion any cushion found to have a covered manufacturing defect.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- The warranty does not apply to issues arising from:
- Improper use or abuse of the product
- Accidents or environmental damage
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from extreme conditions or improper care
How to File a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us with your order details and proof of purchase.
- Provide Evidence: We may ask for photos or additional information to assess the issue.
- Assessment and Resolution: Once approved, we will contact you with instructions to proceed.
Possible Resolutions
- Upon approval, we will:
- Repair the defective cushion, OR
- Replace it with an equivalent product, OR
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation and availability.
