Warranty Information: Kraft cushion stands by the quality of our products, and we are committed to providing you with cushions that are built to last. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, subject to the following terms and conditions: 

  • Duration: Our cushions come with 2 years foam, 5 years Agora and Sunbrella, 2 years rest of products, of warranty, starting from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any cushion found to have manufacturing defects. 
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. It also does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions. 

Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase. We may request additional information or photos to assess the issue. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. 

Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either repair the cushion, replace it with an equivalent product, or offer a refund. 

  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their cushions. Please refer to our care instructions for guidance on how to extend the life of your cushion.
